Sign-in and my account
Leelaa STRM uses independent application accounts. A NAS account signs in to fnOS, an application account controls local permissions, and a Leelaa platform account purchases/recovers software licenses. Matching names do not merge them.
Members have 我的账号 (My account) and 应用授权 (Application license). Cloud configuration, browsing, targets and user management require the application administrator. Open My account at the bottom of desktop navigation or through 更多 (More) on mobile.
First sign-in
- The administrator uses the system-initialized account delivered by the installer; ordinary members use administrator-created accounts. Contact the installer if no initial account was delivered. There is no web self-service collection page.
- Enter application 用户名 / 密码 (Username / Password), then click 登录 (Sign in).
- If 请先修改初始密码,完成后重新登录 appears, remain in My account, enter the current and new password and click 保存新密码 (Save new password).
- Sign in again with the new password. The initial one stops working, and other features remain restricted until it is changed.
Administrators can continue to first sync; members can inspect their account and shared license. Missing management controls calls for checking the application role, not assuming installation failed.
Password sign-in
Enter the username/password and click 登录. The backend requires 10–256 bytes: ASCII letters/digits take one byte each; Chinese characters take several. Follow page validation. Ten consecutive failures for one username within five minutes cause a temporary refusal.
New sessions in the current version last 30 days, with at most 16 concurrent sessions per account; excess sessions displace the oldest. Previously issued older-version sessions do not automatically extend. Sign-out, password changes, binding/unbinding, administrator reset, disabling and deletion can revoke sessions sooner.
Sign in with NAS
Only the trusted fnOS entry offers this option. Docker and other environments do not.
- Click 使用 NAS 登录 (Use NAS sign-in) to read the current fnOS identity.
- Check the displayed name/avatar and click 确认登录 (Confirm), or 取消 (Cancel). Opening the page or cancelling does not sign in.
- First confirmation creates an independent ordinary account; existing bindings reuse their original account. Matching names do not merge and no administrator role is claimed.
| Failure | Next step |
|---|---|
| No NAS identity read | Reopen through the fnOS desktop, retry or use the local application password |
| NAS identity changed | Read the candidate again, check it and confirm |
| Account disabled/deleted/password change required | Use an existing local password to complete the change, or contact the application administrator; repeating confirmation does not remove restrictions |
| Identity unbound or deleted | No automatic recreation; rebind with personal password verification or contact the administrator |
New NAS accounts have no default local password. For password sign-in or unbinding, ask the administrator to 重置密码 (Reset password) under user management, then sign in with that local username and initial password and change it. 账号详情 (Account details) shows the local username; the displayed name is not a default password.
Change password
Under 我的账号 → 账号密码 → 修改密码 (My account → Account password → Change password), enter the current and new password and click 保存新密码. Older sessions on other devices also become invalid; sign in again.
If the account password is 未设置 (Not set), the page does not show unusable password/unbind forms. Ask the administrator to set an initial password first. The sole administrator has no self-service forgotten-password recovery; preserve complete data and contact the maintainer instead of overwriting newer state with an old backup.
Bind / unbind NAS
Your current local application password is required, and the initial change must be complete.
- Bind: on fnOS, choose 我的账号 → NAS 账号 → 绑定账号 (Bind account), check the NAS name, enter the current application password and click 确认绑定 (Confirm binding). An identity bound to another account cannot be overwritten.
- Unbind: choose 管理绑定 (Manage binding), enter the current password and click 确认解绑 (Confirm unbinding). NAS need not be online. Sessions are revoked, so sign in again with the local password. Personal data remains.
An intentionally unbound identity cannot recreate an account through NAS confirmation alone. Sign in with the original local password and rebind when needed. Older packages may use longer button labels; the explicit confirmation still matters.
Sign out
Click 退出登录 (Sign out) in My account. Refresh should return to password sign-in; an active fnOS desktop does not silently sign you back in. Application sign-out and disconnecting a Leelaa platform connection differ. See software licensing and recovery.
